什么是认证或宣誓翻译？
A certified or sworn translation is an officially recognised translation accompanied by a signed declaration from an accredited translator confirming accuracy and completeness. It carries full legal standing and is accepted by embassies, courts, government agencies, and official institutions. I am formally accredited by both the French and Swiss Embassies in Singapore.
Une traduction certifiée ou assermentée est une traduction officiellement reconnue, accompagnée d'une déclaration signée du traducteur accrédité attestant de son exactitude et son intégralité. Elle a pleine valeur juridique et est acceptée par les ambassades, tribunaux et autorités gouvernementales. Je suis formellement accrédité par les ambassades de France et de Suisse à Singapour.

Fr stands for the French language and the 🇫🇷 French Embassy accreditation. En stands for English. Ch stands for Chinese (中文) and for Switzerland — Confédération Helvétique — reflecting the 🇨🇭 Swiss Embassy accreditation. And together, they spell the word FRENCH — the language at the heart of it all.
Fr représente la langue française et l'accréditation de l'ambassade de France 🇫🇷. En représente l'anglais. Ch représente le chinois (中文) et la Suisse — Confédération Helvétique — reflétant l'accréditation de l'ambassade suisse 🇨🇭. Et ensemble, ils forment le mot FRENCH.

Translations are accepted in all French-speaking countries, in particular in France and Switzerland, back home in Singapore (French Embassy Singapore, Swiss Embassy Singapore, Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), Singapore courts), as well as international universities and professional bodies requiring French–English or French–Chinese certified translations.
Les traductions sont acceptées dans tous les pays francophones, notamment en France et en Suisse, ainsi qu'à Singapour (ambassade de France, ambassade de Suisse, MOM, ICA, tribunaux), et auprès des universités et organismes professionnels internationaux.
翻译文件在所有法语国家均获认可，尤其是法国和瑞士，以及新加坡（法国大使馆、瑞士大使馆、人力部MOM、移民与关卡局ICA、新加坡法院），同时也获国际大学及专业机构认可。

Pricing depends on document type, length, and complexity. Four turnaround tiers are available: Urgent 24h (up to 5 pages), Express 48h (up to 8 pages), Standard 5 days (up to 15 pages), and Economy 1–2 weeks (up to 30 pages). Send your document via WhatsApp or the quote form for a clear quote, usually within a few hours.
Le tarif dépend du type de document, de sa longueur et sa complexité. Quatre délais sont disponibles : Urgent 24h (jusqu'à 5 pages), Express 48h (jusqu'à 8 pages), Standard 5 jours (jusqu'à 15 pages) et Économique 1–2 semaines (jusqu'à 30 pages). Absolutely. All documents are handled with strict professional confidentiality and are never shared with third parties. Materials are stored securely for the duration of the assignment only.

Must I get my translations legalized at the Embassy before submission to the Singapore authorities, e.g. ICA?

The short answer is no. The Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), for example, accepts "Translations provided by the embassy of the country that issued the document" — which is exactly what you receive from me. The documents in PDF format are ideal in that form for direct submission into the PR application portal.
Moreover, the legalisation stamp is typically issued in French and would not be translated. This undermines the purpose of obtaining an English-only version that is acceptable to the Singapore authorities.
